Honestly some days, it feels like my brain is wading through molasses. Ideas stall, motivation disappears, and the to-do list just glares at me. I’ve learned that getting unstuck doesn’t require heroic effort—it usually starts with one small step. Clearing a corner of my desk, taking a short walk, or jotting down the very next tiny thing I can do—often seem enough to break the fog and let momentum sneak back in.
Getting unstuck isn’t about doing everything at once—it’s about noticing a place to begin, giving myself permission to start somewhere, anywhere. Even the tiniest step counts.
What has you feeling stuck lately? And if you didn't have to solve the whole thing today, what is one small thing you could do to begin moving forward?
